  I’m 100% Italiana, passionate cook instructor and biking enthusiast. For over 20 years, I’ve been sharing traditional Italian recipes from my kitchen nestled on the stunning Tuscan Coast—a kitchen you’re always welcome to visit!

  Join me and my team, LIVE from Tuscany, for this FREE and FUN interactive hands-on cooking class via Zoom, where we’ll create one of Italy’s most beloved pasta—gnocchi!

  Learn my family's favorite easy gnocchi recipe, perfect for beginners or expert cooks. You need only two ingredients: flour and water—no potatoes. We'll also cook a tasty sweet pea sauce to pair with your gnocchi.

  I’ll guide you step-by-step, sharing my secret tips for mastering this Italian classic. By the end of class, you’ll have your very own gnocchi—made by you!

  Dear Friends,

  It’s hard to believe that we’ve been operating for over a year with just a few dedicated volunteers! We originally started as the Italian Chamber of Commerce Northern California, but recently, we changed our name to reflect our growing reach beyond Northern California. We are now the Italian Commerce Association.

  We’d love to invite you to an All-Hands Meeting at the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club on April 26, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. This will be a great opportunity to connect with other members, celebrate our achievements, and discuss exciting plans for the upcoming year.
  

  This event is also open to individuals interested in exploring the opportunity to join the Italian Commerce Association. Members of the Association are also welcome to invite prospective members.
