LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
The Italian Chamber of Commerce Northern California provides assistance and compliance in starting a business in the U.S. and in Italy. Assistance includes business registration, personnel hiring, real estate leases and purchases, management and preparation of tax returns for U.S. and Italian filings, as needed. The Chambers’ attorneys also provide assistance in understanding and applying for work visas in both countries.
For the above services, the Chamber offers discounted rates to its members.
BUSINESS and STARTUP SERVICESThe Italian Chamber of Commerce Northern California provides assistance in services related to high tech, biotech, manufacturing, life science, and medical companies from start-ups to enterprise. Assistance includes market analysis, startup assistance, funding and investor relationship, trade shows participation and representation, partnerships, negotiations, and business development.
Consulting services with our affiliated companies are offered at discount rates.
MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
The Italian Chamber of Commerce Northern California provides assistance in the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to promote members' initiatives in the U.S. and in Italy. We manage media relations and social media channels, working with journalists and other media outlets. In addition, we provide sector specific demand analysis and surveys to assess the feasibility of introducing Italian products in the U.S. and vice versa. Customized brand and advertising campaigns are available upon request.

OTHER SERVICES
The Italian Chamber of Commerce offers translation, interpretation and localization services.
