This fundraising event is organized by the IT-COMM Foundation for Italian Cultural & Culinary Education, a legally separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. IT-COMM – Italian Commerce Association is proud to support the Foundation’s mission by participating in and promoting this special event to our community.

Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating Italian culinary excellence while supporting the next generation of talented chefs.

This special fundraising event will benefit aspiring culinary students by providing opportunities for international education and professional development. Our inaugural scholarship recipient will be selected from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Napa Valley and will have the opportunity to travel to Varese, Italy, in the spring to further their culinary education at a prestigious Italian culinary institute.

Guests will enjoy an exceptional gastronomic experience featuring signature dishes prepared by 10 Italian restaurants, alongside tastings of authentic Italian specialties, including artisanal cheeses, traditional salumi, premium olive oils, and other regional delicacies. A selection of Italian wines will complement the culinary offerings.

The evening will also feature live music and a silent auction, creating a festive atmosphere while raising funds to support this important educational initiative.
